We as a first step of our performance analysis strategy did a preliminary research on how his website is performing currently. Then we devised a plan to aggregate certain segments of the website and target it toward different segments of customers
Then we used quantitative analytical tools like Google analytics, omniture and mixpanel to measure results.
We found out that website design was a compelling factor as well as price. We made him another website with a different design and advised him on reducing the price a little.
This drove great traffic to his website as well as conversions.
